From your first brief
to goods ready for collection.
Start with free product sourcing and a quote. Review the costs before placing your order.
Share your requirements
Send a product reference, quantity, customisation needs and destination. Product sourcing and initial quotations are free.
Review your quotation
Once the order details are agreed, we issue a quotation showing the applicable service fee and costs. Sample, inspection and shipping charges are separate.
Place your order
Approve the quotation and product details. Pay the service fee together with your goods payment when placing the order. We coordinate suppliers and follow up production.
Arrange collection or delivery
We manage the order through to receipt of the goods at our location in China. Your forwarder can collect, or we can arrange paid delivery to your nominated forwarder's warehouse.
Our service fee: 5–10% of the total order value.
The rate depends on order size and is confirmed in your quotation. Samples, inspections and shipping are charged separately.

How our fees, sourcing support and delivery arrangements work.
Ask about your order ↗Is product sourcing and quoting free?
Yes. We offer free product sourcing and initial quotations. Send your product reference, quantity and requirements so we can review your request. Samples are charged separately.
How much is your sourcing service fee?
Our fee is 5–10% of the total order value, depending on the size of your order. Once the order details are agreed, we issue a quotation confirming the applicable rate and costs for your review.
What does the service fee include?
It covers finding suppliers, price negotiation, communicating specifications and following up production. We manage the order through to receipt of the goods at our location in China, ready for collection by your forwarder.
Samples, inspections and shipping are charged separately. These costs depend on the requirements of each order.
When do I pay the service fee?
You pay the service fee together with your goods payment when placing the order, after reviewing the quotation.
Are samples, inspections and shipping included?
No. Samples, inspections and shipping are charged separately according to your order requirements. Product quotations are generally on an ex-works basis. The quotation specifies the delivery arrangements and any separately quoted costs; international shipping is not included unless expressly quoted.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Your forwarder can collect the goods from our location in China. If you prefer, we can arrange delivery to your nominated forwarder's warehouse for an additional delivery charge.
How should I compare your quotation with other offers?
Compare the total quoted cost, including our service fee, using the same product specifications, quantity and delivery terms. Also check which sample, inspection and shipping costs are included or excluded in each offer.
