A short, specific brief helps suppliers and sourcing partners understand what you need.
Start with a product reference
Send a product link, clear images or a specification. If the reference is only a starting point, explain what should change. A similar appearance does not establish the same material, construction or quality.
Give a realistic quantity
Specify the expected quantity for each design, colour or size. If you are testing demand, distinguish the trial order from a possible later order. Avoid presenting a future estimate as a confirmed purchase.
Explain where the goods are going
Share the destination country and, when available, the delivery address or port. State whether you need support with shipping or will use your own forwarder.
Separate requirements from preferences
Mark which dimensions, materials, branding details and dates are essential. List preferences separately so suppliers can explain practical alternatives.
Include your open questions
You do not need every answer before asking for help. Tell us whether the main problem is finding suppliers, confirming customisation, checking quality or coordinating an existing order.
